“Callie” 10yo 14.2h Novice packer. ConnemaraX warmblood mare with tons of miles at schooling and recognized shows through Novice. Brave and honest to the fences. Has the scope and willingness to move up to Training. XC machine. Super mover on the flat, but requires motivation at home. A bit of atmosphere at shows creates just the right amount of sharpness to make her very competitive. Has all the buttons for an educated rider to enjoy but safe enough for a less experienced rider to learn on. Callie is the special mare trained by 5* eventer Michael Pollard on which his daughter Sterling learned the ropes of Eventing. Don’t let her height fool you.. this mare takes up the leg. She’s pictured with me riding at one of the shows and I’m 5’10”. I’ve jumped her up to 3’3” with ease. Four shoes. No maintenance. No vices. Very easy keeper. Goes in a snaffle for all three phases.
